Buus and Nordkøl take Nordic Climate Group from two to four companies in Denmark
Nordic Climate Group is increasing its presence in Denmark through the acquisition of Buus Køleteknik and Nordkøl. The additions complement the previous acquisitions of SA-AL Køleteknik and PVN Køleteknik and bolster Nordic Climate Group’s position in Denmark.
Kylanläggningar i Norrköping AB joins Nordic Climate Group

With a focus on heat- and cooling-pump solutions for climate comfort, catering, and the food and beverage industry, Kylanläggningar is a welcome addition to Nordic Climate Group as the latter strengthens its position as a leader in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations. Kylanläggningar was founded in 1988 and is well established in the Östergötland and Sörmland regions. The company has a turnover of SEK 37 million annually and employs 16 people.
PVN Køleteknik A/S – Nordic Climate Group continues expansion in Denmark
Nordic Climate Group continues to grow in Denmark through the acquisition of PVN Køleteknik, which has its headquarters in Ringe on Fyn. The deal will strengthen Nordic Climate Group’s existing operations in Denmark and enhance the group’s role as the leading installer of cooling, heating, and energy solutions in the Nordic region.
TIMAB joins Nordic Climate Group
Nordic Climate Group is strengthening its position in the greater Stockholm area through the acquisition of TIMAB, Tim Kyla AB. A company that focuses on systems for climate comfort, professional kitchens and grocery store refrigeration, TIMAB makes a welcome addition to Nordic Climate Group as the latter strengthens its leading position in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations. TIMAB was founded in 2004 and is well established in the Stockholm region; it has a turnover of SEK 89 million and employs 39 people.
SA-AL Køleteknik Aps becomes Nordic Climate Group’s first acquisition in Denmark
Nordic Climate Group is expanding its operations into Denmark through its acquisition of SA-AL Køleteknik, headquartered in Århus. The deal will strengthen Nordic Climate Group’s existing operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland and enhance the group’s role as the leading installer of cooling, heating, and energy solutions in the Nordic region.
Wester Kylteknik AB in Norrköping now part of Nordic Climate Group
Through the acquisition of Wester Kylteknik, Nordic Climate Group is strengthening its position as a leader in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations. Wester Kylteknik carries out planning, installation, and service for all types of cooling, freezing, and heat-pump operations. Of particular interest here is the company’s experience and knowledge regarding ammonia systems, considering society’s shift to natural cooling media. The firm has been in business in the Norrköping region since the 1990s. With six employees, Wester Kylteknik generates an annual turnover of SEK 13 million.
BLM Kyla & Storkök in Jönköping joins the Nordic Climate Group
Through the acquisition of BLM Kyl & Storkök, Nordic Climate Group strengthens its position as the Nordic region's leading player in cooling, heating and energy-efficient installations. BLM was founded in 2001 and is well established in the Jönköping region. In addition to the competence in refrigeration installations, the group's offer to customers is broadened through BLM's operations in the commercial kitchen area. BLM has a turnover of SEK 35 million and has 14 employees.
Nordic Climate Group makes another acquisition in Finland.
Nordic Climate Group's Finnish operations are strengthened by MV-Jäähdytys Oy acquiring Polar-Jäähdytys Oy. The deal further strengthens the Finnish operations and the offer within services for cooling and heating solutions. The acquisition follows MV-Jäähdyty's strategy and national growth.
