F\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sen h\u00f6rde Patrik, Labkyls VD, av sig och ville ha en HR-chef. Jag tvekade f\u00f6rst, men efter att vi hittade fokuset p\u00e5 personalens utveckling, hoppade jag p\u00e5 \u2013 och det har jag inte \u00e5ngrat.\u00a0Kylbranschen lockar f\u00f6r att vi g\u00f6r verklig nytta f\u00f6r klimatet. Behovet av kyla och v\u00e4rme \u00e4r samma, men att anv\u00e4nda CO2 som k\u00f6ldmedium, v\u00e4rme\u00e5tervinna och energieffektivisera processerna \u00e4r verklig milj\u00f6nytta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vad tycker du \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r att trivas p\u00e5 jobbet?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att f\u00e5 ha fokus p\u00e5 det man tycker \u00e4r roligt skapar en naturlig effektivitet och utveckling \u2013 och d\u00e5 blir det roligt. Det \u00e4r intressant hur tydlig den spiralen \u00e4r \u00e5t det h\u00e5llet \u2013 b\u00f6rja i det som \u00e4r roligt och d\u00e5 blir du b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 det. Den \u00e4r inte lika tydlig \u00e5t andra h\u00e5llet. Sj\u00e4lvklart ing\u00e5r vissa arbetsuppgifter i alla roller som man inte gillar \u2013 men majoriteten av det du g\u00f6r beh\u00f6ver komma fr\u00e5n din egen vilja. En annan viktig del i att trivas p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4r gemenskap och teamk\u00e4nsla. Bra kollegor helt enkelt. Och det har jag!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vad g\u00f6r du en ledig dag?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r jag \u00e4r ledig vill jag vara ute, r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 mig och leka med mina barn. Om jag verkligen ska njuta ser jag till att dansa, m\u00e5la eller segla.
